2- Choose your favorite house, take your time to decide and try to resolve any kind of problem whit the agent.
 
3- Once you have chosen this property is important  verify all services: electricity, water, gas, telephone, sewer. Are all factors that may affect  the price of a possible restructuring.

 
 
PROPOSAL PURCHASE

The proposed purchase is not a contract between the buyer and the seller, but is just a proposal that interested buyer can make to a real estate agent, who will speak  to the seller.

When the price is established both parties can firm the compromise.

 

THE COMPROMISE

The compromise is a contract, which obliges the parties to conclude and to transfer the property after the deed.

The compromise must contain all the information of the seller and buyer 's, a detailed description of the property. In the compromise is required to fix the date for signing the final deed.

At the end of the compromise is good to leave a sum of money (20%, 25% of the total) that will serve as an advance or deposit.


THE DEED

The real estate agent  provide to bring to the notary all necessary documents.
Then it will proceed to the signing of sale .

 You must have with you two importants documents:

-  a passport, a fiscal code.
