The choice of brand

“3C Costruzioni Carminelli” was the name of our fatrher’s construction company founded in the '50s.

Two elements characterized this company: seriousness and professionality.

In line with these two elements we have chosen to give the same name to our real estate, but we have recreate a modern logo whit a compact lettering and  bright colors in order to transmit energy, joy and passion: important elements for work in property market.

 

Mission - Innovation and tradition: togheter is possible (" Yes, we can").

We want to be a reference for our customers: for this we give importance to the tradition and to the story of our real estate, but at the same time , we study and use innovative products and advanced technologies. Certanly, in order to create a good customer satisfaction we also believe in the competence of our partner.

	The holder

Corrado Carminelli is an estate agent, is registered to the business agent n°893, is surveyor and works in real estate since 1993. He has worked for several years in Macerata whit his brother in other real estate. But in 1998 he was called to work in Sefro, in Reconstruction Office, after the earthquake, and also he worked till 2008 at engineering studio of Thamel Marini in Matelica. In this way he has an intimate knowledge of the local area (Macerata and all the “Valley Power” towns), where he actually lives and works.

In this years it has always been capable to resolve any kind of problems with seriousness and professionalism. So he was able to obtein good results and good relationship with  many contractors and builders in the area. From this friendship is born with many of them a deep relationship that adds to aur agency professionalism and qualify advice.
